At The Fluffy Companion, each product is custom-made with care. Because of the personalized nature of our items, our return policy is limited to specific cases outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the case of a defective or damaged product.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thefluffycompanion.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

Personalization Errors

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for errors in the personalization provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled pet names).

We strongly encourage you to carefully review the spelling and details before submitting your order.

Return of Defective Items

In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective product.

If a return is exceptionally requested by our team:

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
